Standard Features

- Heavy-duty gear reducer with roller chain and sprocket drive allows for a wide range of feed rates.
- Built-in inspection and sample chute.
- All internal components can be removed with removing the feeder.
- Accuracy of 2% for most materials.
- Large inlet section ensures even material distribution within rotor pockets.
- 0.25 HP TEFC 0-90 Vdc permanent magnet drive motor for speeds up to 4 rpm and 0.5 HP motor for shaft speeds in excess or 4 rpm.
- 20:1 turn-down ratio.

- Digital rate setpoint.
- Stainless steel construction.
- AC drive motor with variable speed frequency drive.
- Totalizer can be used for inventory control.
- Rotor shaft proximity switch pulse pick-up used to regulate bin vibrator or bin activator cycling in proportion to feed rate.
